How will my piece be packaged for shipping ?
For artwork framed or on boards, paintings will be carefully packed using corner protections, bubble wrap and cardboard.  Flexible artworks on canvas or paper will be shipped in mailing tubes with the exception of works on paper that have multiple layers. These will be packaged in a protective flat box.

Are shipping costs included in the price listed?

No. Shipping costs will be determined by the size, weight and location per standard shipping,  then  added to the final price, which will be determined at point of sale.  Shipping costs include packing materials, labor and transit fees.

For large or heavy pieces, shipping services may have limits on size and weight dimensions. So some pieces will have special requirements. This will be noted in any shipping details when necessary.  Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually.
Please contact me.

If you want to secure the artwork, select the payment plan with the 50% deposit. After the  initial payment, contact me to finalize the shipping costs which will be billed separately.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipment may be made to most countries, but it will take longer and will be determined by the ‘ship to’ location. Message me using the link in the menu bar to discuss shipping options.

Keep in mind that shipments outside of the USA may include Import duty and/or taxes dependent on the destination country.  Additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer and may need a separate courier.

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
It’s important to me that you are thrilled with your piece.  I do my best to accurately display the artwork as true to the original as possible. Please keep in mind that the digital images may appear a slightly different color based on the screen and settings on your device,
Once a return has been agreed upon, you will be responsible for packing and scheduling return delivery and the cost of shipping. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.  Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund the cost of the artwork (minus the original shipping cost) within 14 days

What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
